Performed preventative maintenance for a carrier furnace model #58sta090-16, serial #1918A16292. Upon arrival the system was off so I turned off the power and removed the access panels. I removed the igniter and flame sensor. Cleaned out the burners and burner box. The flame sensor is in very rough shape. Checked all electrical components to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I did find some thermostat low voltage wire that were tied together but not capped off. I used wire nuts to cap off the low voltage wires. The homeowner replaces their own air filter size 16x25x4. I reinstalled the access panel and powered the system back up. I called for heat and took a combustion analysis test. I received the following results, o2 is at 8.5% and the co levels are 16ppm. The homeowner requested that I check the incoming gas fittings for leaks. I performed a bubble test and found no leaks. Performed preventative maintenance for a carrier ac system serial #2318E16343 model #24abc6

Upon arrival i knocked on the door and rang the doorbell. The homeowner answered the ring doorbell and stated that her husband was inside. She asked me to knock on the door a little bit harder. I did after about 15 minutes of no response. The homeowner stated that she will need to reschedule this call. No services were performed today.

Came to replace Bradford White 40 gal tall chimney vent water heater. Upon arrival, we drained old water heater, cut it out and removed it from the space. We adapted to existing copper water piping, gas piping, and flue pipe. We installed 2 pro press ball valves for water heater isolation if needed. We also installed a #5 expansion tank to the system. After full installation, we lit the pilot and filled the new water heater up. System is working properly at this time. Came out today to look at a leaking hot water heater. Upon arrival I found a large puddle of water on the floor. The homeowner showed me that the gate valve was leaking while in the off position. The system seems to still leak from the inside even with the incoming water shut off. The hot water heater will ultimately need to be replaced. The hot water heater is currently 9 years old. 2 techs needed due to stairs. See estimate for details.

Came out to perform diagnostic work on a Crown boiler that Chud installed in 2006. The unit has outdated Honeywell style zone valves and lots of rust and wear. We located a thermostat in a portion of the home that the homeowner doesn’t use, which turned out to be a heating thermostat. As soon as we turned it on the cold radiators started to heat up. The homeowner had to leave for work and we were not able to spend any additional time with diagnostic today. I advised the homeowner that the boiler should be upgraded due to age and condition. The homeowner advised me that he will reach back out to us if he needs additional services. He was in agreement with paying the diagnostic charge, even though we could not complete a full system analysis.<br> <br> Crown gas boiler (2 zone) M#AWI128ENST1PSU, S#CROWNB000357881. ****Customer stated he will contact if additional services are needed.****

Came out today for a leaking issue on a Lennox furnace model #G50UH-60D-135-03, serial #5802E38041. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the drain line was leaking. Upon inspection I tested the drain line with several bottles of water to see if the system was clogged or leaking. The system was leaking at the 90° elbow. I cut out the elbow and installed a new one the caused the drain line to move 2 inches to the left. Once the pvc glue was dry I tested the drain line with several bottles of water. In my professional opinion I believe that the drain line froze from the cold weather over the weekend and this caused the pvc elbow to crack. The system is operating properly at this time.

Replaced the control board and blower motor module on a Goodman furnace that was installed in 8/22. Currently the system shows signs of slight water damage in the bottom compartment of the furnace. Found the control board had blown components due to moisture. Tested the system upon completion. System is operating properly at this time. Goodman furnace model #GM9C801005CN, serial #2205022463. The system is four months old and is under warranty.

Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox furnace.. upon arrival I watched the system cycle on with a call for heat. I checked and cleaned flame sensor of any carbon. I brushed out burner compartment. I checked operation of pressure switches. Replaced filter sized 16x25x1. I checked all electrical components to ensure the connections are good. Took amp readings on inducer and blower motor and both are in good range. Checked operation of condensate pump. Watched system cycle off when temperature was reached. Returned thermostat to the homeowners desired temperature. System is working properly at this time. Model # G60UH-48C-110-10 Serial # 5911G19305 Filter - 16x25x1

Came out today for a no heat call on a goo System that chud installed in 8/22. Model #GM9C801005CN, serial #2205022463. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat but was not operating. I opened the access panels to look inside. Upon inspection I found that the control board was receiving power and passing power but the led light would not come on. I went to the thermostat and turned the heat off and set the fan for on. The furnace still did nothing. I checked for voltage at the terminals between g and c and received a reading of 24volts. I disconnected the mulex plug from the blower to check the voltage and it was receiving 120volts. As I was looking around I placed my hand on top of the board and found water. There are dried water spots on the back plate that holds the control board as well as the roof of the bottom compartment of the furnace. I checked the burner box, inducer and flue for any signs of water but it was all dry. When it rains the basement does take in some water. It

Diagnostic work performed on a Weil McLain GV90 high efficiency gas boiler. Chud installed on 10/11/2011. Several issues and records of service were found on service sticker. Unit is 12 years old. Chud will order repair part (igniter) which is specific for this unit. A universal style igniter will not work, and it is not safe to even attempt to get this unit operational today. Please see the estimate that details work to be performed when we return. Diagnostic fee collected today, balance to be collected after repairs are completed. Weil McLain M#GV90+, CP6480561.

Came out today to apply high temp cement around the flue pipe. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the issue. I powered the system down and removed any loose dirt or debris from around the flue pipe. I added some support to the flue pipe to help prevent this from happening again. I applied new cement to the damaged area. I advised the homeowner that the cement will need time to cure. The system is operating properly at this time. See photos.

Came out to replace the air filter with the proper Merv 16 20x25x5 air filter that we didn’t have during the maintenance. No charge due to customer prepaid for filter during the maintenance visit last week. System is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #G60uh-60d-135-10, serial #5911G08289. Powered the system down and removed the access panels. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor, cleaned out the burners and burner box. The correct air filter size is 20x25x5 Merv 16. I currently have the wrong size Merv air filter and will have to return with the proper size. I placed a 20x25x1 air filter in the system until I can return. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Performed humidifier service for an Aprilaire humidifier model 600 series. I removed and replaced the old #35 water panel. I cleaned out the housing and drain. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I powered the system up and called for heat. Took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 12.6% and the co levels are 5ppm. The inducer amp draw is

Came out today for a Lennox furnace not operating. Upon inspection I found that the 2 furnaces were twinning furnaces. System #2 was trying to operate but there was an issue with system #1. System #1 has an error code open rollout switch. I took my volt meter and checked each switch. I received a reading of 27 volts at each switch going in and coming out. I proceeded to jump out each switch one by one and try to start the system. I had no success. I jumped them out at the same time and fired up the system. The control board is still giving an error code for a rollout switch. This is an indication that the system has a bad control board. The system is currently 21 years old and tracking down a new board may be an issue. I was able to bypass the second system so the homeowner would have heat. Chud will have to reach out to the homeowner with a proper repair quote. Lennox furnace model #g50uh-36b-090-02, serial #5801j52882. See photos
