The guys were very professional did a good job of cleaning the dryer vent that goes out over the garage roof. I would give them 5 stars but but the top vent flap, but, I paid a roofer to make those vent flaps over the garage roof open & close completely and they were doing that, but since the guys took it off the clean the vent out, and then put it back, top flap isn’t closing all the way.
Response from Chud Air Conditioning & Heating:

Customer did not want to change flame sensor. System is tested and operating properly at this time. Model # 393AAV042091AAJA Serial # 393AAV042091

Came out today for a intermittent issue with a Winchester furnace model #Pcuhbld12n100A, serial #Ehfm294255. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the system intermittently stops working. The homeowner would then come down to the system and reset the switch and the system would start. When I arrived the system was set for 69° and it was 69° in the home. I raised the temperature up by 6° and observed the system starting. The system started without any issues. I cycled the system on and off a several times to try and recreate the issue but was unsuccessful. I explained to the homeowner that the system has a red led light on the control board. When the system fails it will give a blink code to help us narrow down the issue. By resetting the switch it erases the blink code till it fails again. The inducer motor amp draw is .87 and the blower motor amp draw is 5.2. The pressure switch is not clogged and in good condition. Combustion analysis is normal and the filter is clean. Unless the sy

On arrival found the system start and observed the outdoor fan motor spinning at a very slow rate. Checked capacitor reading and found that it was well below rated 40/5 MFD. Disconnected low voltage and observed contactor “sticking” as well. Advised homeowner that these parts needed to be changed first to move forward with the preventative maintenance. After repairs, observed condenser fan motor drawing 0.6 amps which is above nameplate (0.5 FLA). Compressor amperage 6.9, rated (14.1 RLA). The indoor unit blower wheel has a slight rattle to it. Pulled blower assembly to inspect for any defects. The wheel is likely off balance slightly which is to be expected on a 2013 heat pump system. Homeowner replaced the 16x20x1 air filter. All(3) banks of the electric heat pack are functional and reading 19.8 amps per bank. Overall, given the parts that could fail Chud will provide a quote to address the outdoor fan motor and fan blade. We can also provide a FREE estimate to upgrade the system a

Did a no heat call on a Lenox gas furnace. Arriving to the job I heard the inducer motor humming. So I undid the flue pipe and made sure the inducer motor was Spinning freely which it was not due to dust and debris in there. After cleaning that out and making sure the inducer motor was spinning freely the unit started right up and is working properly at this point. M#SL280UH090XV48B-05 s#1718H53931

Performed preventative maintenance for a 3 zone boiler system. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Boiler is a New Yorker model from 2011. Includes, 3 zone panel with 3 circulators, auto fill and newer expansion tank. Systems water pressure was at 20psi on arrival. Found no air in the 3rd floor radiators. Found a couple radiator valves in the off position to which I turned them on for even heat. House had an addition put on from previous owners in the back of the house. This is where baseboards were added. The majority of the house ran by the dining room thermostat. Cleaned the burners and burner compartment. Performed a combustion analysis on the boiler. System is operating at 81.4% efficiency with a CO level of 24ppm. Customer would like to updated the thermostats to be programmable. Attached will be the pricing that customer requested. Thermostats have to operate on batteries since the current ones only have control voltage without a comm

Came out today for a no heat call. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the system runs on a schedule but this morning it was under the desired temperature and the thermostat said recovery mode. I powered the system up and called for heat I observed the system starting normally and once it reached the desired temperature the system shut down. I explained to the homeowner that based on the information she is giving me and from what I’m seeing it is my opinion that either the batteries in the thermostat are bad of the thermostat is defective. After giving it some thought the homeowner opted to replace the thermostat. I replaced the old thermostat with a new Honeywell t4 thermostat serial #2213jjb48078. After the installation I tested the system by calling for heat and ac. The system is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #SL280UH090V36B-03, serial #5915E14212. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. The homeowner supplied her own pure air kit however the homeowner bought the wrong size. The homeowner had some spare uv bulbs that I replaced and I installed a 16x25x1 air filter until the homeowner can get the correct Merv air filter. I checked the pressure switch for clogs and tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered the system back up and called for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 12.2% and the co levels are 5ppm. The inducer motor amp draw is at .21 and the blower motor amp draw is at 4.6. The system is
