This location has one roof top unit, and requires (4) filters. The sizes are all 16x20x2. This system does not have a belt driven blower. There’s is one thermostat in the office, but there are 2 other sensors through the building that may control zone dampers. BILLOUT

Re-leveled existing Lennox condensing unit Model# XP21-036-230-06 Serial# 5815C17414 with paver blocks. Had homeowner turn power back on to unit. System is operating properly and (heat pump) condenser is level at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance on heat pump system. Ran amp draw on heat pack while running and all heat packs are amping out properly. New blower motor was installed a few weeks ago so amperage is good on blower motor. Changed 20x20x1 filter. Did visual inspection on both coils and both coils seem pretty clean. Outdoor heat pump is on heat pump risers and is leaning towards house and will need to be leveled out with 2 guys and 4 paver bricks. Compressor is not level and the oil in the refrigerant won’t be able to lube the gears properly in the compressor and could cause premature failure. I highly recommended doing this repair asap. RC quoted $285.00 for repair. Collecting $140 for PM today

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #SL280UH090V48B-03, serial #5914H19058. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. The homeowner recently replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked the pressure switch for clogs and tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical components needed for heating to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered the system back up and called for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and and received the following readings, o2 is at 13.1% and the co levels are at 25ppm. The supply temp is at 126°F. The furnace is operating properly at this time. I inspected the Aprilaire 600 series. Upon inspection I found that the solenoid valve will not allow the water to pass. Based on the age of the system my recommendat

Cut out and replace 2 broken 3/4” 45° fittings and possibly a Tee. Most likely will need a short piece (8”) to rebuild the piping since the broken fittings are close together. Currently it has been taped by someone and isn’t leaking but could produce one in the future causing water damage. 10-12-22-PT- performed preventative maintenance for a RUUD heat pump system model #Rh1v4821stanja, serial #W111507353. Powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Replaced a portion of the drain line due to it being taped together. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter looks as if it was just replaced. Filter size 20x20x1 homeowner supplied. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Performed humidifier service for an Aprilaire 700 series. Removed and replaced the old #35 water panel. Cleaned out

Installed brass tee fitting and standard high pressure switch. Abandon the existing high pressure switch that is brazed in and cut out old wiring. wired the new switch into the circuit accordingly so that it may interrupt the system if high pressure is present. Performed preventative maintenance for Coleman air conditioning system. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested the amp draw for the blower, compressor and fan motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating at a 20° differential. System is operating properly at this time.

Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter (homeowner supplied) 20x23x1. Checked all electrical components needed for heating to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is 4.2. And the supply temp is within normal range. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. All electrical components are intact and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.0 for the fan and 10.6 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range and the system has a good superheat and subcool. The system is operating properly at this time. N/C FWI per office.

Came out today to look at a Lennox system that was showing a 201 error code. I called for ac upon arrival and I observed the blower start then fail. The blower motor is indeed receiving the proper voltage to operate. I recommend replacing the blower motor and control board. The system was installed by chud on 4/20/15 and is under warranty. Lennox system model #CBX32MV-036-230-6-07, serial #1615C16243.

Inspected all the electrical components. replaced customer supplied air filter 20x20x1. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Tested the temperature differential between the supply and return. System is operating perfect at 20° difference on an 81° day. Test of the amp draw for the blower, fan motor and compressor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs (comp- 6.7A, Blower-4.2A, fan- .8A). Tested the drain piping to the condensate pump. Drain is clear and pump is working properly. Noticed the PVC drain pipe is taped up At the 45° fitting. Recommended getting that repaired to prevent water leaking issues. No sign of leak now but it could at any point. Keep an eye on it in the meantime. Attached will be a quote for repair. System is operating properly at this time.

Came out for no AC call. Upon arrival the customer started up the unit and it’s running but under low pressure in the refrigerant lines. System has a high side psi of 169 psi and a low side of 49 psi. This unit is low on refrigerant and this is what causes it to freeze up after running for a while. This is a 25+ year old R-22 unit, customer is being recommended to upgrade their equipment. Pictures were taken and sent over to the sales dept.
