The visit today was to diagnose a problem with my heat pump. Frank very quickly narrowed it down to the fan. Parts will be ordered and problem will be repaired shortly. Heat pump is still working so I have no problem waiting for parts.

Performed preventative maintenance for ductless mini splits. All air filters are clean and in good condition. All 5 indoor units have a 20° temperature split. All drain lines are clear of any clogs. And the refrigerant pressures are within normal range. Removed 2 screws from the casing and made sure the casing was flush before I screwed it back in. The system is operating properly at this time.

Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 2 system 4 bedroom house. All vent and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Both systems are functioning properly at this time. Recommend air duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business! Customer is interested in having 2 returns installed in the ceiling for the upstairs system. She will be contacting the office in the next few weeks.

Came out today to re level an outdoor unit for a mini split. I recovered 4 1/2 lbs of 410A. Disconnected the line set and removed the pad. I cleared out any rocks that were under the pad and compacted and leveled the dirt. I placed 4 paver stones where the pad will go and placed the pad on top. I did have to use some cork squares to make sure the system was perfectly level. I reconnected the line set and pressure tested with nitrogen. I let the system sit for a half hour and the pressure was still holding. I released the nitrogen and began pulling a vacuum. I pulled the vacuum to 500 microns, closed the valve and began charging the system. I charged the system with 5lbs of 410A. I checked both systems and they are operating properly at this time.

Warranty repair replace fan motor and blade for heat pump mini-split. Customer also asked for a QUOTE to re-level the unit properly. Unit is still under manufacturer and labor warranty installed by chud 7/2018 2/16/22-PT- removed the old fan motor and fan blade. Installed new fan motor and blade. Tested the system to ensure that it is operating properly. Re leveled the system by placing paver stones under the pad. The pad sits on top of soil and is sinking into the ground.

Customer called for heat pump mini-split making a high pitch noise from the outdoor unit. Upon inspection it sounds to be a bad bearing in the heat pump fan motor. Recommend replacing fan motor and blade to fix noise issue. Didn't find the blade broken or damaged. Unit is operating properly but is very loud especially when it ramps up. Customer would like a quote to re-level the unit. We did come out to level but we used random pieces of metal to level it. Customer is interested in getting a price for it to be leveled properly. No charge for visit today. We will follow up with details on return visit to fix unit as well as pricing.

Performed preventative maintenance for two Fujitsu ductless mini split systems with five air handlers. Home owner washed air filters before I had arrived. Checked the air temperature on all five units. Everything is operating properly at this time and is ready for the summer season.
