This proposal is for 189 dryer vent cleanings and 189 Ac inspections. There must be roof access such as a roof hatch to access the Ac systems We will be providing a lift to access the dryer vents and do the cleanings. If any landscape gets Damaged by the lift we can not be held responsible.

Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox furnace. Upon arrival I bumped the temperature on the thermostat up and watched system cycle on with a call for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and got the following: O2 is 11.3% and the CO is 9ppm. I took amp readings on the inducer motor and blower motor, both are in good range. Checked and cleaned the flame sensor of any carbon build up. Checked all electrical components to ensure the connections are good and tight. I also checked the drain line to confirm that there are no clogs. Checked operation of pressure switches. Checked and swept out burner box of all debris. Watched system cycle off when temperature was reached. Returned thermostat to homeowners desired temperature. System is operating properly at this time. Model # Sl280uH090v36B Serial # 5914F31297

Customer called for no heat. Former owners of this house used chud as hvac technicians. Upon inspection, I found that the pilot light was out in the old York furnace. Thermocouple was replaced Feb 2022. Was able to relight the pilot and clear the pilot assembly of debris. Tested system upon completion. System is operating as it should at this time. Spoke in depth with customer that it is time to update the furnace due to age and condition. Furnace is 30 years old and air conditioning is 20 years old. AC was updated by Chud in 2003 but is now obsolete equipment. Customer is interested in getting a quote for a new system after I explain the age and condition of everything. I will forward customers information to Steve our comfort advisor to follow up with an <br> Manufacturer York Model #P4UGD012N08001A Serial #ELYM147520

Did a preventative maintenance on a boiler. During the maintenance I did combustion test the ppm was 34 and the o2 was 9. Checked the expansion tank. Made sure that the return was coming back hot. Did a amp check on the circulator and that was .61 and rated for 0.74. Took out all the burners cleaned them out and inspected the pilot assembly. System is operating properly at this time. Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business! Existing flex hose in the basement is out of code and will need to be replaced.

Keith R.
Installed a new backdraft damper into the flex line to prevent the wind from making noise and blowing the lint back into the dryer. Everything is firmly in place and dryer has proper exhaust flow. Thank you for your business!

Do they preventative maintenance on a four zone mini split heat pump. During the maintenance I cleaned all filters in the air handler‘s. Then turned on the heat to make sure they were all working properly. Then went outside borrow the heat pump check temperatures and pressures to make sure all the refrigerant was good which it was. Made sure all drains were unclogged. System is running properly at this time. Preventative maintenance on a Bryant standard efficiency gas furnace. Combustion analysis performed CO PPM 6. Homeowner replaced his own MERV 11-16x25x4 air filter. System was short cycling and addressed the issue by decreasing the gas pressure. The current temperature rise 33 degrees, manufacturer specs call for 30-60. There is a bypass humidifier mounted on supply plenum and connected to return drop. Completed the service on humidifier (#35 water panel Chud supplied). Humidifier was wired incorrectly. Corrected issue and tested for proper operation. System is now operating properly and not short cycling. Today’s charges are for the humidifier service and to rewire humidifier. Bryant gas furnace M#800SA60110E21A-A, S#4320A31164. Filter size-MERV 11-16x25x4 (3M Brand). #35 water panel in fall. ***PM HT was paid on 08/22/22 and collected by JD.*** Discussed adding a 2nd system. There is attic space available. This would involve adding all new ductwork, registers and also discussing

Quote to be provided to replace existing Carrier 3 phase, 208/230 volt gas package unit. Customer believes it is 15 ton, however we will research the model and serial number. The existing unit is already sitting on a curb adapter. The actual roof opening is 116” by 85” and the existing unit sits on an adapter that is 17” high off of the roof opening. The forks on the Carrier are 86” wide and 91-1/4” long. The existing unit is screwed down to the adapter and the gas shutoff is covered in roof muck/sealant. It’s likely that we’ll need a custom adapter made with the same measurements that will transition to fit a replacement unit. Pictures in ST. Has economizer. The existing unit condenser coil fins are all smashed in. Customer reported that kids sometimes do get on top of the roof here and may have vandalized the equipment. The existing Carrier model number is M#48HJF017 - - - 5A1AA and the serial number is 0504F14359. Crane height 40 feet with about a 40 foot reach in.

Existing York unit in extremely poor condition. 100” long, 69.5” wide, and 34” high. 3 phase 240 volt electric, natural gas. Roof opening is 63” wide by 92.” Unit was commissioned in 1994. All nameplate data is too worn to even get a model or serial number. Found an old installation manual that covers several different models. We will have to do extra research to cross reference this unit in order to provide an accurate replacement quote. Crane will need about 40 feet height with a 25-30 foot reach in. The rear parking lot would be the access for the crane.

On arrival there was heavy rain and thunderstorms so I did a quick evaluation inside. Replaced customer supplied 16x25x1 air filter. I immediately knew that this is a refrigerant issue. The indoor coil unit is not frozen, and the drain line is clear and draining water properly at this time. In between the rain, I was able to add easyseal w/uv dye to the system and 4 lbs of R-410a refrigerant. My ending pressures were 278/129 with an 8 degree subcool and 15 degree superheat which is ideal for this system. Started with a 3 degree temperature split and ended with 17. I did advise the homeowner to monitor the system. System is currently operating properly at this time. Chud installed full system 07/23/2014. ***There is an estimate to do a leak search should the homeowner choose to. Easyseal is not a guaranteed fix if the leak is substantial. There is also an estimate to chemically clean the outdoor condenser coil. Weather conditions today were not in favor of doing that type of work. A d

Customer called for air conditioning that starts to cool but then starts to get hot. It then trips the breaker and shuts down. Upon inspection I found the system running with high head pressure (285psi) as well as the condenser fan running in reverse. Inspected the compressor/fan motor capacitor. Capacitor was rated for 35+5. It’s actual reading was 27/.2. This shows that the capacitor was causing high amp draw and needed to be replaced. Customer supplied new capacitor and system ran as it should. Amp draw for fan motor and compressor came down to normal range. Head pressure dropped significantly to 242psi. System is now operating properly at this time. This is a BILL OUT - PO# WTN59395580.

No ac call for apartment #703 (Reading Circle). Maintenance staff advised new capacitors and a hard start kit was already used to address the compressor not cooling. Verified amperage from the compressor, however it is NOT pumping refrigerant, therefore it will not cool. Based on age and condition the unit will need to be replaced. ***Please note the maintenance department for this location orders and installs their own equipment.*** No follow up needed from Chud. Came out to diagnose a through the wall ac/heating unit that’s not running the blower on a call for air conditioning. Upon inspection I found an issue with the thermostat not coming kicking on the system when calling for cooling as well as the blower speed tap board only working on certain taps. Replaced the thermostat supplied by the customer and moved the blower speed to high (red) terminal. Air conditioning came on without issue. I then tested the heat to make sure the whole system is still operating fine. Had to move the heat blower speed wire to the high (red) terminal as well. System is operating properly at this time.
