Performed air duct cleaning on a 3 bedroom single system home. Customer opted out of sanitation. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, flex hose and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!

Returned to replace lennox gas valve on a spark ignition furnace. Installed a universal gas valve and tested the system. Found no gas leaks from this gas valve and system was operating properly. If other problems happen to occur outside of this issue I recommend replacing the system due to age.

Did they preventative maintenance on a train gas furnace. During the maintenance I noticed the heater was not working. To make the furnace operational we would need to replace gas valve also would need to replace burner rack and would need to replace hot surface igniter and flame sensor after telling the customer this and the pricing of the repair quote and that it’s not guaranteed he is having Steve come out to quote him a new system. Did a maintenance on a Lenox gas furnace. During the maintenance I clean the flame sensor. Also I cleaned out the burner box and the blower motor housing. Also shop vac the entire unit because it’s in the laundry room and had a lot of dryer lint on it. Also did an amp check on the inducer motor and the blower motor which both meet the furnace specs. Also did a combustion analyzer test the co level was seven and the O2 level was 17. Also changed out to 16 x 25 by one filter. System is running properly at this point. Came out to inspect the gas furnace. Found the replacement universal Honeywell electronic gas valve we put in is making ticking noises and not working properly we will need to return as soon as possible to replace this valve and test system upon completion. I found no other issues at this time. All other electrical components are operating as they should. Recommend updating system in near future since it’s older but found no safety issues from heat exchanger or any other issue. System is still operational but valve is sticking. Unable to repair today but office will schedule as soon as possible. Attached is estimate for valve replacement. The valve is electronic with pilot tubing for spark ignition. No standing pilot on this system.

Customer called for no air-conditioning. Upon inspection I found that the air handler was operating but the condensing unit was not. Went outside to inspect the outdoor unit and found the contactor pulled in with no operation. Opened up the control compartment and found the capacitor to be swollen and no longer good. Replace the 35+5 dual capacitor and tested the system. System is operating properly after the replaced capacitor. No charge for service or parts per the office due to factory warranty.

Came out today for a no ac call. Upon arrival I was told that the secondary pan had filled up and the office had someone clean out the water and blow compressed air down the clogged drain line. After the drain line was fixed the system just wouldn’t start. Upon inspection I found the thermostat batteries needed to be replaced. I replaced the batteries and called for ac. The system started right up. I checked the drain line by flushing it with multiple bottles of water. I found that the drain line was still clogged. I blew out the line again using the Gallo gun. I tested the line again and it drained properly. I was told that this is the second time the system has clogged. I advised that the drain line should be replaced due to the condition of the drain inside. Nordyne system model #b5bmt48kc, serial #b5d080709286.

Came out today for a leaking Goodman system. Upon inspection I found that the drain pan and drain line were backed up and filled with water. I opened the clean out T and found a piece of insulation in the clean out T. I was able to clear the blockage with a pen. The water immediately went down the drain. I tested the drain with several bottles of water to ensure proper operation. The system is operating properly at this time.

Ran slim duct on lineset. Install is complete

Discovered safety switch wire on condensate pump was ran to R and Y on the control board sending direct 24 volts to outdoor condenser. Condenser was running with no indoor fan running so coil is frozen and will need to thaw out over night. Told customer to run air in the morning and make sure everything is running normal and if not to call us back.

Install new Lennox equipment, project included new pad, whip, an disconnect. Ran new lineset with new low voltage wire. Adapted to high voltage added new switch. New overflow pan with new wet switch an overflow switch. Adapted to drain line, adapted to supply an return plenum. Reused thermostat,System is tested and working properly at this point. Will need to return to hang slim duct

Came out for a callback where the unit was leaking water. Discovered bad old condensate pump, recommended new one to customer and replaced with a new pro select condensate pump. Tied safety switch into the unit so that if ever the condensate pump over flows the unit will shut off. Tested pump for proper operation, unit and pump are both operating properly at this time. Estimate to replace existing air handler and condenser. Air handler is 50.5” tall, 18.5” wide and 21” deep. Existing is a Friedrich air handler which is likely 40 years old. Outdoor unit is 3.5 ton to service a 2100 square foot home. Chud provided onsite estimate today. N/C, free estimate.

Came out today for a Trane furnace locking itself out. Upon arrival I tried to recreate the issue by shutting down and restarting the system multiple times. I cannot recreate the lock out issue and the is the second time we have been out at this location for the same issue. My recommendation is to replace the control board and the flame sensor. I will create an estimate and we will return to repair. No charge for today.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Trane furnace. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the system would continuously turn on and then shut off. Upon inspection I found that there was a blink code for the flame sensor. I removed the flame sensor and cleaned the buildup carbon off of the flame sensor. I reinstalled the flame sensor and the system started right up. I tested the system multiple times to ensure that the sensor was the only issue. I observed the system starting normally. I took a combustion analysis test and got the following readings, o2 is at 16%, co is at 6ppm and the system is operating at 86% efficiency. The amp draws for the blower motor and inducer motor are within normal range. I observed the system shut down normally once it reached the desired temperature. Cleaned out the burners and burner box. Checked all electrical components needed for heating. The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner.

Performed heating maintenance on furnace. Changed filter located inside furnace. Cleaned flame sensing rod and burner compartment. Performed combustion analysis and furnace is venting properly with no carbon monoxide. Tested and cycled furnace, furnace is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman heat pump. Observed the system starting normally. Supply temp is 122. Evaporator coil's are clean. Blower motor amp draw is within normal range. Blower wheel is clean. Drain pan and drain line are clear. Replaced the air filter. Heat coils are in good condition. Checked all electrical components needed for heating. Condenser coil's are clean. Refrigerant pressures are within normal range. Amp draws are 6.8 for the compressor and .5 for the fan. The system is operating properly at this time.
