First time having our ducts cleaned and long overdue. Chad was recommended by a friend and could not have been more pleased. Keith & Tyler arrived at the time I was told (and was alerted by text that they were on their way), they introduced themselves, told me what they were going to do and then did it...professionally, thoroughly, cleanly and told how things went afterward.

Homeowner called again and stated that the system failed again. Upon arrival I noticed an error code 4+5 limit open longer than 3 minutes. This is an intermittent issue and is very hard to diagnose since when I reset the system to remove the error code it started back up with no issues. Filter is clean and all registers are open. I checked the limits on the system and they are operating properly. The inducer motor amp draw and blower motor amp draws is within normal range. The combustion test came up normal. The system is about 15 years old. I cannot find any issues with the system.

Came out today for a issue with the blower on a high efficiency Lennox furnace model #G61MP-42C-110-07, serial #5908 B 18306. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the blower intermittently turns on. He thinks the blower fails to turn on after the burners are light causing it to lock out. I called for heat at the thermostat and removed the access panels for the furnace to observe what would happen. The system started properly and ran until I turned it off. I cycled the system on and off a few times just to make sure that it was operating. Each time it turned on without any issues and the amp draws were between 5.5 and 5.8 amps. The system is rated for 8.2. The system is operating properly at this time.

Client turned heat off due to a burning smell. After inspection the smell was coming from the blower motor. The motor is going to fail soon. Should have unit replaced, but may want to do the repair. M#UGPH-12EARJR s#FU5D307F190401019

Install high quality air purifier for crawlspace unit to remove odors, kill airborne bacteria and viruses. This unit is prone to issues with mice and is being addressed with traps. The air purifier will prevent the odors of deceased mice from getting pulled into supply air and also kill any airborne bacteria or viruses that may develop as a result of deceased mice/rodents. 12-15-22-PT. Came out today to install a healthy climate pure air kit on a Goodman furnace model #GMVC960804CNBA, serial #1901318816. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panel for the pure air cabinet. I removed both filters and the old uv bulbs. I installed new ones and tested the system for proper operation. This system is operating properly at this time. Installed a Reme halo uv light system on a Lennox furnace located in the crawl space. Once the Reme halo was installed and I Connell the proper wiring I tested the system. The system is operating properly

Did a preventative maintenance on a Lennox heat pump. During the maintenance I made sure the drain was working properly and that the condensate pump was working. The condensate pump was very dirty so I emptied it out and cleaned it. I recommend that they replace a condensate pump in the near future due to all the dirt in it. Also check the temperatures and pressures by the outdoor heat pump and everything checks out. The refrigeration levels are in range. Also did a term split inside. And I also emptied out the heat pack to ensure that the emergency heat was working which it was. System is operating properly at this point. In future technician should bring a 20 x 25 x 4 Merv 11 filter due to condition of filter cabinet. M#CbX27UH-060-230-6-02s#5809E17259

Performed preventative maintenance for a peerless boiler system model #DE-06-SV-WPC, serial #5012116-200412. Powered the system down and removed the access panel. Removed and cleaned each burner and cleaned out the burner box. The water pressure is at 15 psi and the limit is set for 170°F. The leak is actually coming from the relief valve. It seems that the relief valve has opened at some point and has had a very small drip since then. The expansion tank is in good condition. I powered the system up and called for heat at each zone. I observed the system starting normally and took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 11% and the co levels are at 19ppm. The system is operating properly at this time. Recommend replacing the pressure relief valve on the system to stop the dripping.

Investigated airflow issue. Homeowner stated previously that the master bedroom and master bathroom vents had stronger airflow. The system is zoned and currently operating properly. The system has a supply air sensor that will shut the outdoor compressor off when the coil temperature gets down to 41 degrees. Running just the 2nd floor zone will cause the outdoor unit to short cycle due to system trying to move 4 tons of airflow through a 10x14 trunk line. When both zones are set closer to the same temperature it will cool the house better overall. From a mechanical standpoint the system is operating properly at this time. I will check with the general manager to see if we’re able to provide a quote for air balancing as we are currently in the process of updating our software and equipment. York S#W1K6015752. Filter size 20x25x1. Aprilaire 600M-#35 panel fall.
