Performed heater inspection for two natural gas high efficiency furnaces. Both filters are brand new. Inspected all the electrical components. Inspected all drain piping for restrictions/blockages. Drain piping is also properly built with vent piping. Inspected all gas piping with electronic leak detector for any major-minor leaks. No leaks found at this time. Inspected ductwork for proper mounting and connections. Performed a combustion analysis on both furnaces. 1st floor unit is operating at 95.4% efficiency with a CO level of 12ppm. 2nd floor system is operating at 93.6% efficiency with a CO level of 8ppm. Attached will be the full combustion analysis slips for both systems. Tested the outgoing air as well for any trace of carbon monoxide. No carbon monoxide was present at this time. Made sure the fresh air intake was clear of indoor or outdoor debris as well as the exhaust piping. Ran the systems and confirmed no flame roll out and that burners were clean.

Installed new Goodman AC unit, coil and furnace. Project included new pad, whip, disconnect and thermostat. Adapted gas, to electrical, pvc, metal and line set. Ran new drain. System tested and working properly at this time.

Came out today for a Trane system not operating. Upon inspection I found that the condenser unit was not running. I replaced the capacitor and fixed the loose connection to the fan. The system is operating at this time however this is a temporary fix and will most likely happen again due to the age of the unit. I recommend replacing the unit and the homeowner agreed. Referral passed to Comfort Advisor for free estimate.
