If you choose coverage for one and require service then only that unit will be covered. About Labor Charges: We agree to provide emergency service (barring misuse or abuse) to repair the equipment listed in this agreement during normal business hours, 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday. A flat charge of ($60.00) sixty dollars will be charged for off peak times and holidays. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CHUD COMPANY CONTRACTSEquipment under contract must be used for residential purposes only. Remote fan control units not covered. Agreement is based upon existing equipment being properly installed and in good working order. We reserve the right to inspect equipment prior to accepting parts and labor contract. There shall be a charge for inaccessible or unsafe equipment that would require an additional serviceman or labor. The contract does not cover draining and or refilling of hydronic water systems. It does not cover a part that is no longer available through supply houses. The Chud Company will not be responsible for asbestos removal. The Chud Company reserves the right to reject coverage. Agreement does not cover any work resulting from pre-existing conditions, customer abuse, or neglect, faulty installation, vandalism, fire, flood, freezing, electric power surge, acts of God, changes required by code, insurance, company or government regulations. Any modifications or repairs made to the equipment by others, without authorization by chud Company will cause termination of this contract. This agreement may be terminated by either party upon (30) Thirty days written notice. Customer will receive a prorated credit, minus the cost of parts already installed, along with the labor already provided. There will be a ($25.00) Twenty-Five Dollar transfer of contract ownership fee. No refunds, credits only, contracts will not be prorated. |
