Don, Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new air conditioning/heater system. The install went great, and only took one day. The members of the crew you sent were courteous, thorough and tidy.  We had a BBQ with some neighbors yesterday, and the house was a cool 73 degrees--everyone was quite impressed.I have a solid referral for you-- a guy who works with me, and lives in Abington, who is ready to purchase a new system-- and I may have a neighbor or two interested in upgrading. Is there a finder's fee or incentive program of some kind?

Don, I need to tell you how pleased we were this weekend with the service provided by Bill.  As I believe you are aware, we had “issues” with our NEW system that you installed last September.  Bill was out on Saturday night and reset the system which worked until Sunday morning sometime and then went down again.  Then Vinnie came over in the afternoon and couldn’t fix the problem but identified it as having some type of restriction and he wasn’t able to fix it.  Bill then came Sat night and did what he could but needed another transformer. He kept his word and was at our house yesterday morning at 8am with the fix.  Then, called us last night and this morning to double check that everything was still working.  We are now expecting someone over to replace a part – can’t remember what the part is cause it’s all “Greek” to me!  
 
I have given your name to a business associate whose AC went down this past weekend and they may need a whole new unit.    It seems as though your company values customer satisfaction which is great to see – especially these days!  Hopefully the unit is fixed after today and we won’t have any more emergencies! Thanks very much!
